Landscape Design
Good landscaping starts with a plan. We design outdoor spaces that fit how your family lives, the way your land drains, and the realities of a Maine growing season. You get a clear concept, room to give feedback, and a final design you can build now or in phases.
How the design process works
Every property is different, so we start in person and work toward a plan you have helped shape at each step.
- On-site consultation to walk the property, talk through your goals, and take measurements
- Concept designs that lay out beds, plantings, hardscape, and flow
- A design review where we refine the plan together
- A final design and a clear scope you can approve
Designed for your property
We plan for sun and shade, slope and drainage, and plants suited to Maine zone 5b and 6a. The result is a yard that looks intentional and holds up season after season — not a template dropped onto your lot.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to build the whole design at once?
No. Many clients build in phases. The final design is yours to keep, and we can prioritize the work so the first phase makes the biggest difference within your budget.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The first on-site visit and estimate are free. If you move forward with a full design package, any design fee is discussed up front before any work begins.
What plants do you recommend for Maine?
We choose hardy plants suited to Maine zone 5b and 6a, matched to the sun, shade, and soil on your specific site so they thrive with reasonable maintenance.
